Common questions
- Family sharing is invite-code based.
- Viewers can use favorite, comment, and reaction actions.
- Viewers cannot upload, hide, delete, or create and export Growth Films.
- Photos can be revisited in Calendar and Collections.
- Compare becomes more useful as more photos exist for the same theme.
- Growth Film is created from photos the user selects manually.
- Photos and videos are not sent to external AI services.
- The app does not use auto-tagging, auto-classification, or face recognition.
- External sharing happens only when the user explicitly chooses it.
- Include what happened, which feature you were using, and device details when possible.
- Do not attach child photos or videos unless support specifically asks for them.
